Deleting a badge not earned and step count way off

Hi, i just got the Marathon badge today which i am sure i didn't deserve. Now be it the step count is way off but i didn't expect it to be this off..... is there any way to delete the badge and possible fix the issue of the inaccurate step count? I know its never going to be perfect but i was hoping in something a bit more realistic.

Hi @Miki81, no badges cannot be deleted by the average user.  You would need to contact Support to have them remove the badge.

 

Also, how long have you had your device?  The first day or so, it might overcount your steps as it's measuring your stride length.  If it's still inaccurate, you can manually adjust your stride length.
