How can one reset the actual device?  My daughter can no longer swipe up or down.

Mine wouldn't swipe either.  Connected to my laptop, same as I do whenever I charge it, and now I can swipe again.

This is the third time mine won’t swipe. It hasn’t worked for a couple weeks as far as setting it goes, but it is recording data to website. I think it started one time after charging it and another time, it seems to have started on its own after a day.
