Device not recording active minutes

Anyone else's fit bits not recording active minutes?  I did 30 mins on the elliptical  this morning and it  reads 0 active minutes!

Hi @blackie70, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is your device recording active minutes with your daily stats but not with exercises? In the meantime I receive your answers, please follow the next steps to restart your device:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
