Hello,
Lately I've been running into a recurring problem with my Inspire HR. When tracking an exercise (using my phone's GPS), it only counts about half the distance.
I've taken all precautions: made sure the Inspire and my phone are connected before I start, set the GPS to highest accuracy, reset my device immediately before I go out, etc. But still it only recorded 5,83 km where it should have been close to 12.
My Fitbit account is linked to Runkeeper, and when I opened the exercise in that account, Runkeeper automatically corrected the distance to 11,74 km. So the GPS data is correct (the maps in both Fitbit and Runkeeper also confirm this; they show exactly the route I've taken).
Another example: today my Inspire only counted 2,81 km and when I opened the exercise in Runkeeper it corrected the distance to 6,19 km. This had happened a total of 4 times now and I'm growing very frustrated.
What is going on here? Is something wrong with my device?
