Didn't get email confirmation for purchase order

Not sure if anyone else has had to deal with this, but I ordered a Fitbit yesterday, was charged for it but never got a confirmation email. I’ve been trying to contact Fitbit and Everytime I get somewhere it tells me no one is available to talk. Where and who do I contact next?

Let me help you with your Fitbit order. This is odd. When you purchase an item from the Fitbit store you get an automatically generated email with the confirmation number. Your credit card will only be charged once the order is being processed. Please check your junk and spam folder to see if you didn't get the email sent there by your email service. Also make sure you order your tracker from Fitbit.com. Does your credit card show who charged your account? Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Thank you! Yes I checked my spam and junk mail and still haven’t received anything, I also checked my bank statement and it definitely says it’s from Fitbit and I ordered it right off this site. I was charged immediately which I’m fine with I just want to make sure it is actually going to come .

i got exactly the same issue, purchase several days ago (as a guest), was expecting to receive a delivery yesterday/today, but nothing came, decided to check what ETA been given and i can’t see an email confirmation anywhere.. Money been taken from my account straight away as well.. just im worried that without confirmation i literally just lost £50 for nothing.. please advise what can be done in this ocasion?

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue as I have not gotten an email of the receipt for my order of the Fitbit versa 3 even though my account has been charged. Could you help me check to see if my order is placed send me a receipt please.

Facing the same issue. I ordered Versa 3 two days back from the Fitbit online store. The payment went through and my card has been charged but there is no confirmation of the order from Fitbit. I don't even know if the order has been registered at Fitbit or they just took my money. And the support team hasn't answered yet. What kind of service is this?

@Jenna623 : Did you get any resolution for this issue, was the ordered delivered or amount credited. I am facing same issue. I have contacted support team but they are still looking into it.

@ShraddhaN Yes, support team did reply in 2 days mentioning the order ID. I also received a message from bluedart today that product has been shipped along with the tracking details. So the order was placed but I guess Fitbit needs to fix their order system.

I just went thru this, my husband logged in thru my account and bought me a watch.  Received a confirmation number, but was unable to use discount. I called to cancel order, or maybe to get my discount applied. They could NOT find my order. Told me to log out and back in, BOUGHT another watch, saw both amounts show in my credit card. But NO e mail!!!! No help at all ugh. Now i have two charges......
