Hello, 

I know it’s kinda lame but I didn’t get the 20,000 step badge I earned the other day. Could someone please help me with that?

Let me help you with your missing badge. Did you log any activities for that day? If you did then these don't count towards badges so you won't get it. If this isn't the case could you share a screenshot showing the total steps for the affected date and your activities?

Hi!

I auto-logged 3 walks, manually logged a weights session, another walk and an interval training session, and did a cross trainer walkout that was logged by my cross trainer app and transferred to Fitbit. Many activities. I am sure that covers a lot of those steps.


For reference, is any logged activity not counted towards the step total or is it only the ones I log for myself? In short, would the activities that my Fitbit automatically detects count towards the step total?
