Didn't receive Sleep Score with Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The last two days (got my Fitbit on Wednesday) I have had a sleep score and also a really good chart for my sleep, for some reason I haven’t got a sleep score for last night and the chart is a bit flaky. Can someone please tell me why? I took a screenshot but can’t seem to add photos. Thanks for any help

@emzyH2507 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your missing sleep score. You need to have a good hr reading and get sleep stages to get the Sleep Score. You may not get sleep stages for the following reasons:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

You can read more about sleep score here.

Let me know how it goes.
