Different calories burned under Heart Rate (exercise zones) vs Exercise tracker

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I go into the heart rate tab, it shows 478 calories burned at 1 hr 58 min in "Exercise zones." But when I go into the exercise tracker, it shows 78 calories burned and only 16 total minutes of exercise (4 min cardio, 8 min fat burn 4 min below zone).

I am not sure what to believe? My actual workout was about 35 minutes, so it seems neither of these are correct.

When you look at the exercise summary, it shows only data during the time of the exercise session.

When you look in the heart rate tile data, that shows for all day, including when you were not in an 'exercise session'.

Whether you actual exercise session was actually 16 minutes or 35 minutes is a separate issue.  For that, would have to know more about the exercise session, whether recorded it with the Exercise App or if the workout was auto-recognized.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
