Display not showing up any more - did several restart trys

Hi, the Inspire HR of my mum is no longer working properly. It does not display anything on its display but the little smile once you try restarting it. I did that now for a lot of times, no display function is working anymore. The product has been used in modest fashion by my mum and was bought mid of April 2019. What to do now? I think it cannot be true that a product of that class is done after a year of modest usage.
