I've had my Inspire HR for about two months. A couple of days ago I could not navigate the screen. None of the swipes would work, so I put it on the charger and was able to reset. Later that week the screen would not come on and I noticed this solid green light. I was able to reset again by placing it on the charger and holding the button for about 5 seconds or so. The device vibrated and had a smiley face. My Fitbit finally turned back on and I was able to swipe through the screens again, but the constant solid green light was still there. Later that day I noticed my screen was black again. I put it on the charger all day and this morning I took it off the charger and the screen is still black with the solid green light on the back. I tried to reset it again, but nothing is working. Please help!
