Try pressing side button briefly.  Holding in button longer goes to other settings, including 'Screen Wake', but short press should take you to main clock face, or at least back you out a screen at a time.

Thank you. When I did that the 1st time, still at Nothing new here, 2nd
time got notifications, 3rd time was the charm - it's back to normal. What
made it go to nothing new here to begin with?

One way, the only way as far I know, to get 'Nothing New Here' is to scroll up from clock face to 'Notification', then tap that.

Must have done that by accident, since I don't use notifications. Thank you.

My Inspire 2 is going to "Nothing New Here" all on its own - without me touching the tracker. I have 2 areas to touch on the sides and when I do that, it gets me to the DND/Sleep/Screen Awake and it will only go back to the "Nothing New Here" screen.  I'm not able to "move" the "Nothing New Here" screen.  I've only been able to get it to get to the clock by rebooting the entire tracker, which is very frustrating.
