Displaying only time. My Inspire was working fine until I charged it this morning.

My Inspire was working fine until I charged it this morning.  Now it only shows the time and energy 0.  It will not move from that screen.  I am still within my 30 days........so if this isn't an easy fix, it will be returned.

Hi, @lindasew , have you tried giving your Inspire HR a restart?  Instructions here.  That can help with many issues, especially the one you describe.  Sometimes you do need to repeat the procedure a few times, as a single restart does not always work.

@lindasew , I am so glad that worked!  Keep it in mind, as it is always a first troubleshooting issue whenever your Fitbit seems not to be working as expected.
