I have just noticed this happening in the last few weeks. It will self correct after a while, but I don't know what is causing it. I can be riding in the car, literally not moving, and happen to look at my phone app, and it shows a heart rate of something ridiculous like, 145, or 152, or something like that. (And then I check my Inspire and it too is showing the same incorrect rate.)
My resting heart rate is always between 52-55, and my normal heart rate just sitting around is 59-60. My unit is only about 6 months old. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?
