Does Inspire 2 has 7-day step count average?

I'm completely out of shape and am thinking about getting a Fitbit to get started with. I've been poking around online and found a ramping-up technique that seems workable, based on the 7-day step count average. But I can't tell if that's a feature that all Fitbits come with or just some of them. I'm looking at the Inspire 2 specifically, since it's not too expensive for a starter and otherwise has plenty of features. Thanks!

Hi @urvasjets  take the quiz? https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/find-your-fit    It might help you decide which device to get.

First, assuming you have a fairly recent smart phone, Android or iPhone.

As for step counts, all Fitbit models have the same capabilities.  They all measure and count steps.  Although there is some display on-wrist, any averaging or other data processing is done the same for all models on the back end by the Fitbit computers and best displayed on the phone app which is the same for all models.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

To answer directly to your question no, there is no average 7 days steps, rather a cumulative 7 days steps that is pretty much the same in practice. Still I think that in order to improve your shape you should take advantage of your Fitbit tracker and let it guide you to achieve your shape using AZM (active zone minutes) that is a much more useful metric. For this point of view the Daily Readiness Score could be very useful, this parameter is supported by all Fitbi trackers currently on sale including the low priced Inspire 2 but sadly not the Charge 4 that you might find on sale from third parties.
