How do I get my inspire 2 to send audible alerts for heart rates that I can set?

Hello @woody53 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but there are no audible heart rate alerts on any Fitbit.  Fitbits give vibration heart rate alerts.  Here is a link to the Inspire 2 manual.   I hope it helps you get more from your Inspire 2.
