I’m use to just rotating my arm to show my display in the watch face. Dies this not activate the face on the Inspire 2? Must I use the buttons to activate the face?

Hi @InnaD
I believe you need the screen awake option turned on. Please refer to pages 18-20 for further information https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/manual_inspire_2_en_US.pdf
I hope this helps 😊

You might have 'Screen Wake' turned off. Go to Quick Settings by holding in both side buttons. Scroll up or down to find Screen Wake; tap to toggle on or off.

If you are like me, and can’t make it select, don’t bang on it. Just turn the sleep function off. Laughing at myself right now.

Hi @Kimmiejj. It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Is good to know that you were able to set the Screen Wake feature.
I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
