I’m able to connect other apps but not messages. Please help

I've had this same issue. Android app tracks everything but didn't display notifications for several months. I had several days last month where notifications for emails and texts started working...it lasted for about a day while I was traveling. Not sure how it worked but it was fin while it lasted! Still fiddling with it!

That feature works fine for me. Bluetooth must be on for it to work (also no do not disturb, and sleep mode on).

@SunsetRunner, Thanks! It may have been "Do not disturb" being on but I feel like I tried the tutorial Nd changong that setting a while back...either I didn't follow the whole recipe or...? 

The tutorial said sleep mode should be off. Is that what you are saying too? Or does yours work with Sleep mode on? It just worked for me with sleep mode off. Hopefully it continues! Thanks again!

Yes. I was saying to make sure sleep mode and do not disturb were off. I just let Fitbit auto-track my sleep, so I don't have sleep mode on. For me, I only get notification with Bluetooth on.
