Hi,

 

Does the Fitbit Inspire HR tracks sleep at daytime? It’s because I need to rest in the afternoon...

Yes it will track your sleep in the daytime - but (there is always a but) you need to sleep a minimum of 1 hour for the auto tracking to start or you can go to your phone app and on the dashboard tap on the sleep tile then on the sleep page tap on the + sign on the upper right and start your sleep manually. You won't see sleep stages unless you sleep for something like 2 hours continuously.

While your Fitbit charges or you just want to catch your breath, join us on the Lifestyle Discussions
