Hello @SCCahill

Yes you can receive a sleep score since your particular Fitbit tracks your heart rate. You do not need Fitbit Premium to get your sleep score. Look here to read more about it: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439.htm

😃 please let me know if this answered your question

Thanks for the timely response.
My Fitbit is not an HR. It is an inspire 2. They sent it to me for free indicating that it was “equal” to my old Fitbit HR. It tracks my time asleep and when I am awake or restless but alas, no sleep score.

Hello ag @SCCahill

I know you have an Inspire 2 as you stated in your first post. But although your particular Fitbit is not labeled HR the Inspire 2 tracks your heart rate as well. So with that said you must make sure you keep your heart rate turned on in your Inspire 2 in order to help you get a sleep score and other sleep details. Go to the settings gear wheel on your Inspire 2 and make sure your heart rate is on. To learn more settings on your Inspire 2 here: https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/manual_inspire_2_en_US.pdf. As far as seeing your step score again please read this help article on how to obtain a sleep score and how sleep scored are calculated: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439.htm  Also…very important…when you go to bed at night, if you want a sleep score, you can’t wear your Fitbit in “on clip” mode. You need to wear it as “on wrist” mode because if you go to bed on clip mode it will not track your heart rate.
😃I hope this provides you with an answer
