How do I set it to show data when I lift my wrist?

Hold in left button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I don’t see “screen wake” when I hold the button in but I do see what looks like a light bulb and can toggle back and forth on that the get my screen to turn on when I raise my wrist

That's it, but it should say 'Screen Wake" under the light bulb - maybe have to scroll down just a bit to see that.  But as long as you got it to work, that's what matters.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
