My husband’s Fitbit stopped working after 1 month & restarts, etc don’t work.  Couldn’t resolve through Support.  Shouldn’t have to fiddle with a new product like this.  Now I’m out $100.  Suggest you invest in a better product with a different company.  Wish I had.

Sorry you had problems.

I will continue to buy as I love all my Fitbits. I have had no problems with mine.

You are not out $100 but maybe a week or two of using it and getting the device replaced under warranty.

They won’t replace it because I didn’t purchase it at Fitbit.com.  Got it at a retail store.

My impression is that you have manufacturer warranties on items you purchase in store that if there is a defect, the manufacturer is supposed to cover the replacement or repair of your device (shipping it out at your leisure)
