EDIT: please delete: Inspire HR will not sync to mobile app or desktop app for 5 days and counting

EDIT: I think the Inspire HR must've picked up on the thought that it about to be stomped on, because it has suddenly started syncing again after 5 days, literally minutes after I posted this! I have no resolution to this matter unfortunately because I didn't do anything to it or the apps, sorry. Admin, please delete 🙂

Once again I have a glorified and expensive watch. The Inspire HR will not sync with either my mobile app nor my desktop app; no problems with Bluetooth in either case and no error messages appearing, It just tries to sync, presumably gets so far in (a few minutes) and then nothing. So I have 5 days of 'lost' information and no sign of any resolution.

If I uninstall either app or 'remove' my tracker from the apps will I lose all my data?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before it gets stomped on...

Many thanks in advance - John

I spent over an hour with online chat trying to resolve exactly this situation yesterday.  I have an iPhone 7.  Worked great for approx. 6-7 weeks.  Then sync became sporadic.  Now my phone won't sync at all.  After an hour of trying everything under the sun with the online customer service rep, was told they would "report" the issue and "hopefully" future updates would resolve the issue.  I asked if I would be contacted and was told no.  Just keep watching for updates for my device.  She had me do a factory reset on my Inspire HR.  The only data I lost was that day's data.  All my prior history is still available in my app.  I have not deleted my account or the app from my device BUT I did "add a device" and selected "replace" and re-synced my device as though it were  "new" device.  This got me one "sync-ing" on my iPad, then would not sync again.  She never got my phone to sync.  She basically "gave up".
