My email summaries count several days as no steps even though my actual Fitbit shows all my steps - anyone know how to fix this?

Let me help you with your weekly reports. The issue you are seeing is caused when you don't sync your tracker at the time the report is made. Make sure you sync your tracker everyday specially on Sunday and early Monday so all your data is uploaded when the report is issued.
