Emails telling me the options available on Fitbit 2

Fed up getting auto messages telling me how my Fitbit can help me when it no longer records sleep heart readiness only two months old worn same way from the start but just stopped recording

Hello @Peterowen 

 

Look to make sure your Inspire 2 is set to "On Wrist" in quick settings (press and hold the buttons to access quick settings) 

When your Inspire 2 is set to On Clip, certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes. In order to monitor sleep heart readiness your Fitbit needs to track your heart rate so if it’s On Clip the heart rate can’t be tracked. 

 

If your still having issues, and your definitely set to On Wrist mode then I’d try restarting your Inspire 2 to see if that helps: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
