Exercise Tracking for bike ride doesn't show mile splits

I used the Fitbit Inspire HR to start a bike ride and when reviewing the results, noticed that the mile splits were not recorded, but the heart rate data was included for the exercise. If I use the Fitbit app to start the exercise, the mile splits are recorded, but the heart rate data is not included as part of the exercise results. Is there a way to start a bike ride, from the Inspire HR and be able to see the mile splits and heart rate data all together in the results?

Welcome to the Community @DrumEmpo. Thanks for the details mentioned. I'll be happy to clarify your question about mile splits.

When you're tracking biking as an activity in your Inspire HR, you're able to set cues which are the mile splits that you're looking for. Once you sync your tracker it should show you the mile splits, duration, calories burned and heart rate data.

You can set these cues by doing the following:

- Go to your online Dashboard

- Click on settings

- Scroll down and choose exercise cues

- Select Run and set the cues to automatically and select the cue type and cue every

After this, sync your tracker to update your settings.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
