Exercise now asking for time and calories

This week my Fitbit Inspire HR started asking for a time and calorie goal for each exercise.  Before I could select an exercise and start it.  Even if I enter a time and calorie it won't start.  Anybody else experiencing this or know how to fix it?

Some trackers have the option to start with a goal, such as time or calories.  Sounds like you got into that option.  But let's be sure which tracker you have.  You say Inspire HR but posted in Inspire 2 forum.  Is it really the older Inspire HR and you just posted int he wrong forum?

Apparentlyn I did post in the wrong forum.  Sorry, first time posting.  How do I get out of that option or do I need to post the question in the other forum?Karen

Don't worry bout it for now, just wanted to verify which device. So it is the Inspire HR. That's what i wanted to know.

It sounds like you did the swipe up to set a goal for time, distance, or calories, though I doubt that was a recent change.
