Exercise tracking accuracy and can't find watch face

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I was so excited to get my new Fitbit and try it out. I have noticed a few issues however. One is that I did a killer workout this morning and it only logged that I exercised for 10min, when in fact it was 30. And secondly, I was upset to not find the advertised cute watch face. Anyone have these issues?

Hi @ejf13, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared with us. To better assist you with this, can you please let us know which exercise you performed? Is your device not recording other activities or just the one specified on your post? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Inspire HR following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

In regards the clock face situation, can you please expand a little bit more so I can assist you with this?

Looking forward to your reply.
