Is it possible on the inspire HR to set a heart rate goal for my exercise? For example, I'd like to do a run and keep my heart rate constantly at 150. Is this feature available?

Hello @HarryWood and a warm welcome.  That feature doesn't exist.  I did a Feature Suggestion search.  This Feature Suggestion is the closest to your request.  Vote and comment there.

 

You can customize your real time stats to make sure your heart rate is visible when you look at your Inspire HR while running.  See p 33 of the Inspire HR manual.
