I've been trying to purchase an extended warranty for my Fitbit Inspire HR. All the past Fitbits I've purchased have broken within 1 1/2 years after purchase so buying a 2 year warranty sounded like a smart choice. I'm told if you purchase the Fitbit from somewhere other than the Fitbit website you have 30 days to purchase the warranty. I was also told the only way to purchase it is in a banner in the app. This banner apparently only shows up 3 times. Since all 3 times that it showed up I was not on a secure wireless network I was unable to purchase it. Is there another way to purchase the warranty? As the banner has not shown up in the past 2 days to purchase it.

Hello @sbeth12 the warranty sold is from Square Trade and if it doesn't pop up again, you can go directly to them. All you'll need is proof of purchase. Let us know how things go for you.

Thanks @Odyssey13! I was able to purchase the plan through Square Trade for slightly more money (when a 10% off coupon code was used) with less of a deductible. Thank you! I just wish one of the 4 Fitbit customer service representatives I communicated with had told me!

@sbeth12 they honestly may not have known. I've gotten Square Trade when buying from Costco. It's done well for all my family members. Glad you got it!
