I got two Fitbit Inspire trackers and the rubber wristband does not latch together. The snap is too short and the thickness of band is stiff and thick.
I requested a band replacement with a detailed explanation and pictures of te problem and they sent me another band exactly the same...it did not work.
I have called numerous time to resolve the problem, but they do not want to resolve the issue.
It is in my opinion, the software might be good, but their customer service is not doing the job.

Hi @lupeah, did you purchase the band directly from Fitbit or from a third-party retailer? If you purchased it from another retailer, you will need to contact that retailer directly, as Fitbit cannot advise on another retailer's product.
If you got it directly through Fitbit, that's a different issue....
