Face won’t move off of the time

The face is stuck in the time and won’t let me move it to see the other activity

Same problem had it 6 wks started this yesterday

This happened to me yesterday...You have to reset the device by attaching it to the charger and holding the button in until the smiley face comes on.Then it was go back to scrolling as usual!!!
