What is going on with Inspire fitbits of late???? Multiple people are having many similar issues with this Fitbit … display fading; display going black; watch freezing up; being non-responsive to tap and/or swipe. And for many of us trying to change the clock and/or restarting, plugged in to computers, waiting for the smile is not working. Major sad face right now! I have the fading display issue; watch frozen on the clock setting; unresponsive to swipe or taps. I've tried restart multiple times over the 3 days when this started, including just now. I've not been able to sync on my phone for over a week. The watch will sync when connected to the computer, that's about the only good thing going at the moment.. Is there some defect in recent models? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Someone on Twitter hypothesized perhaps a bad batch?
My 2 day old one is funky too. 😞 I think I'm gonna return it and maybe wait a few months and try again? Or buy on sale now directly from Fitbit??? I want the **ahem** thing and I WANT IT TO WORK!!!!!!

I called and spoke finally with support who explained that if those 2 things (reload/restart, and change clock, both of which reload it's software) don't work, that it's BROKEN.
There's no other fix.
If it's under warranty, contact them to replace it. All methods to contact them can be found at:

@LESMITH0512 My replacement should be here Th or F. 😊
I plan to put their 2 year warranty on it. That way I know I'll definitely get 2 years rather than risk my whole investment at 1 yr + 1 day.
