Fail to receive notifications on Xiaomi phone

I just bought today Fitbit inspire HR, I am using Xiaomi redmi. I do the necessary steps to activate the notification, but the Fitbit app have an alert asking me to start the phone to activate. I tried it multi times. The message still stay there. On the Versa model, it says "go to set up, and change the Fitbit app to auto start to resolve the issue". But in inspire model, under settings, I couldn't find any button to activate the auto start. Please help. Thank you.

I would like to report that I get the issue resolved by allowing the FITBIT app on my Xiaomi Redmi phone (go to App setting - Installed app - permission - autostart -click Fitbit to)  AUTOSTART. I could receive all notifications (text, call, email and whatsapp). Thank for the link I learn from Versa version. I hope this help those who use Xiaomi Redmi.
