Failed to download my archive it says failed. Cvs or Microsoft ex

When I try to export my Fitbit data it downloads from my email conformation letter to my laptop and will not open/ save. It states open with Microsoft word or Internet Explorer I use Mozilla Firefox. Any idea how I save it? it says failed. Try again in 24 hours. WHAT are you using to export Fitbit data?

@slmorris05 Nice to see you here. Thank you  for you report. 

Just to make sure, when you try to export your data, are you requesting the whole account data or a time framed data (max 31 days)?

Please be aware, that depending on the data requested, if it's too much it might take a few days to be generated.
