Faulty Inspire HR? Screen intermittently goes blank & "reminders to move" intermittent

I purchased my Inspire HR end of August this year (2019).

Issue #1 The screen seems to intermittently go into almost a "sleep mode" where bringing my wrist up does not bring the display to life, nor does pressing the button.  When this occurs, if I happen to be at home where my charging cable is handy, I plug it in--the unit vibrates on connection as expected, but often will not show anything on the display.  It eventually will start showing the display again, although I've not been able to identify what exactly brings it back to life.  This has occurred 4 times in the last 3 weeks, so is happening with more frequency lately.  It occurs at varying levels of charge (just happened last hour, with 90% charge), & seems to continue tracking steps while "sleeping" as per the sync with the app.  I have reset the Fitbit as per info found here in the boards yet the problem continues to occur, with more frequency.

Issue #2 is that my "reminders to move" vibration only occurs rarely--certainly not at 10 til the hour between 9am-7pm daily as set on the app.  I have confirmed the setting via both the app & my dashboard online.

Could a moderator/Fitbit support person please respond with other troubleshooting steps to try?  At current, I'm fairly disappointed with this purchase--not at all the upgrade from the Alta HR that I expected, given the performance issues.  😕

So I have the regular Inspire and this is happening to me right now. It is still vibrating with notifications but the screen is not coming on. I've only had it a few months. Battery life is 50%
