Feedback about Inspire HR replacement options

I've had the Inspire HR since early 2020 and it died with the recent update. I was offered a replacement or discounted upgrade, but NOT informed that the Inspire 2 was coming soon. I didn't want something as large as the Charge, or ac watch, so I took the replacement and have avoided the updates. 

 

Today, I got the ad to upgrade to the Inspire 2, but not even a tiny discount! Since it barely has any additional features, what's the point? Can't Fitbit just make the Inspire HR work correctly with it's updates?

Hi 

 I just bought a inspire HR and the package delivered yesterday. But till now I'm not able to on the device... I can see only the smiley symbol on the screen when it is powered on. Tried connecting with the app, tapping the screen, long press on the side button but there is no response... Is there any fault with my fitbit please guide me .
