Fit Bits only last a year. I'm now on my second and each one just dies after the warranty expires. What a coincidence. Fit Bit is an inferior product and there is insufficient customer service to retain customers.
My 2nd Fit Bit Inspire died just now at the one year mark. Wont hold a charge at all. I've gone through all the steps to reboot. I've had support technicians walk me through the same steps. I even set up my Fit Bit in advance following all the steps to retain life span as much as possible. I didn't configure my Fit Bit to receive notices for messages, i never used the alarm. Didn't matter at all. It doesn't work and all they will offer you is an email for 30% off another new watch.
Great. Guess what? An new customer to Fit Bit can go on the web site and receive $30.00 off the purchase of a Fit Bit. So they basically offer you nothing.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed. Your feedback and comments are appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. Be sure that features are implemented and improved based in user's feedback.
If you have a case created with our Support team, it's recommended to continue the communication with them, this to avoid any confusion and they can provide the options available to you based in the Fitbit Warranty.
