Feedback about Inspire wristbands

Bought my Inspire last week because my Flex2 died and evidently no more for sale.

the small band on the Inspire would not hook. My wrist is 6” which is the correct size. The large band was working and now today it will not hook no matter what I try. I ordered a new band with a buckle which was actually how it was shown in the beginning advert. Waiting on the new band, NOT HAPPY at all. Loved my old fitbit. This will probably be the last one I will purchase. Carrying it in my pocket for now. Anyone else have this issue? Obviously the post on the band is too short.
