I’m beyond fed up with the waterlock feature. I don’t swim so don’t need it. Every day, I go through the same frustrations of trying to turn the infuriating buzzing off. I’ve followed all instructions & advice on here to no avail. It still switches itself on. The icons make no sense. Tapping like mad to do whatever the instructions tell me - the screen will end up ruined in no time. I wish I’d never got it but my old faithful Charge has got so old. The only thing I like about it is that it’s slimmer & more comfortable to wear. There MUST be a way of permanently turning off this stupid thing. NOT HAPPY.

Good Afternoon AJNW: After the water lock comes on? You can lock it by tapping the lock to close, and swipe up to the next feature. You can also squeeze it to switch it to the next mode. Next, scroll up until you come to the settings. Like your steps, calories, heartbeats, etc. The water lock is to keep your Inspire from getting wet. I hope this helps you, AJNW

Good Afternoon AJNW: I too went on to youtube.com and added into the search for Inspire 2 and learned how to set up my sleep mode. This guy walks you thru each mode. I couldn't figure out the sleeping it keeps flashing the 8:00 and 10:00 sleeping times because this guy walked me through each part step by step. He goes by JUMBLE and he recommends Inspire 2 Fitbit over the other ones he owns. I didn't want to throw in the towel just yet on my 2nd Fitbit Inspire 2. I still have my "Fitbit ONE" she is dying it stops syncing. Then times don't register but we keep correcting it. So, I'll keep it until it dies. And I'm learning how to work mine and reading all the comments about the "water lock mode. The water lock mode keeps water out of your Inspire 2 that is it. Mine will flash on when I'm washing my hands. I will lock it and swipe down or swipe up learning the other features. It buzzed when I was walking my 5,000 steps. It was buzzing on my arm, I saw balloons and a banner. Cool, it's happy about something? Then I ignored it and kept on walking. My other "Fitbit ONE" shows me a long flower stem of 5,000 steps. I only usemy Fitbit ONE & Fitbit Inspire 2 for walking my steps, checking my sleep, & losing weight. Once I get my Inspire 2 all figured out then I'll be a happier woman. I hope this helps you figure out your Inspire 2.

Good Afternoon AJNW: "One more thing, While going thru your Fitbit app for your Inspire 2. You will learn how to change your clock face on your Inspire 2. In this special mode, I don't have the clock mode because my smartphone is an LG REBEL 4LTE an Android. But It's something cool to have. I kept seeing the Owl face or Cat face then the digital time underneath. This guy was showing me this cool feature only on an iPhone. I hope this helps you enjoy your Fitbit Inspire 2. 🙂

OK, so, latest update. My Fitbit buzzes. I tap it & the padlock closes. Yay!! BUT - after that, all I get is the time screen after pressing both sides or a totally blank screen. No access to step count, heart rate etc. Nothing.
