Female Health Tracker - thinks it’s 1988

The calendar on my female health tracker thinks it’s 1988 - my birth year - and I can’t seem to edit any entries.

 

I’ve tried uninstalling the app.

Hi, @Elizakate! That's really bizarre. I just checked mine and it is fine. Two suggestions. First, log in to the web interface and check if you've got the same issue on there. Second, I would recommend you actually clear your data and cache for the app and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for your response. 

 

I have logged onto the browser dashboard and there is no tile at all for the Female Health tracker. I can't work out how to clear cache for the app (iPhone) check app settings and also app manager settings on the phone and there doesn't seem to be an option. 

 

I tried the option to log out of all devices on the web dashboard, Uninstalled and reinstalled again.

 

Still the same Oct 1988...

Not sure why I didn't try this earlier. But essentially I can scroll from 1988 to todays date and the tracking is there as expected. But if I come out of the tracker and go back into it it's reset back to 88....

Hi mine is the same! Did you manage to resolve the issue? I’ve logged for today’s date but the calendar shows 2008?? If I scroll forward can see what I’ve logged for today but if I come out of the app it reverts back to 2008? Very frustrating!

No not resolved! I’ve logged in and out several times on the app and on the website. They only thing I’ve not tried is on a desktop but not sure I can be bothered 😂 Let me know if you have any luck. Happy stepping 😉

I did get a response from Fitbit about this issue saying that they are aware of this ongoing problem and working on a fix  for it and to watch for updates to the app.

Yes. Mine thinks it’s 1976. I’ve tried everything to reset it, but nothing works.

I can see it’s been going on since January (from other people’s comments). Strange how it’s still not resolved.

Yes it is a bit strange. I’m new to Fitbit so not sure how to report this type of thing.

Update from me: I’m on the correct year now but apparently I only have a menstrual cycle every 2 months… If only.

 

Anyone else with similar issue?

 

Used to really value this tracker but it’s absolutely pointless these days.
