Hiya, My fitbit is currently using firmware version 1.63.12. From reading previous posts it is explained that 1.63.x are the same firmware. I have had issues with the fitbit just stopping counting steps. Soft reset sorts the issue but then once a day it happens again. So basically I need to do a soft reset once a day or the fitbit will not count steps. So I am hoping that firmware update will sort the issue... according to here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372
latest firmware is 1.84.5 which defo now looks like a new update. However the fitbit just shows that I am already at the latest firmware. There is no way to check for update on either IOS or android , look slike you just have to wait until it shows up as available. so I went to the bother of installing the fitbit app on windows 10. Thankfully , under help there is a "check for update option", but it says I am already at the latest firmware ???? So My question is, how do I get firmware 1.84.5 onto the fitbit which will hopefully fix the issue ?

Hi, @fluxwife do you have the Inspire or the Inspire HR? The firmware numbers are different.
Ot sounds like you are on the correct firmware for the Inspire (non HR cersion).
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
