Firmware update bricked my Inspire HR

Just got the Inspire HR in. It tried updating firmware and failed installation. I clicked the try again button. Nothing. Tried reset instructions. Nothing not even smiley face. I even tried cleaning the contacts and holding the watch to the charger to make sure the crappy magnet wasn't keeping the contacts from making contact. About to box this thing up and send it back to Amazon.
