Fitbit Update: This issue has been resolved with the release of firmware version 1.57.19. For more information on the latest firmware release, check out this thread.
Hi everyone.
Our team is aware of an issue that is affecting customers using traditional Chinese or simplified Chinese when they attempt to update their firmware to version 1.57.15. These customers will see a blank screen after completing the firmware update.
If this has happened to you, I recommend changing your location to the United States or the United Kingdom and attempt to update your Inspire or Inspire HR again. To change your location simply tap on the 'Advanced Settings' tab in your account settings. Then you can change your location back to your original settings.
