Hello everyone,

Can you help me how to update the firmware of my Inspire HR? The app shows that my tracker is running on 1.63.5 and there's no available update at the moment. Strange, because there have been 4 updates since then. I'm interested in the latest one in particular, because Polish language was added.

The guy from Fitbit Chat told me to erase my data from the device. It didn't help. So, he gently apologised and ask to wait. A week. And maybe then the situation will change. Nice, but I'm a bit sceptical about that.

So, maybe the community can give some advices. Thank you in advance.

Let me help you with updating your Inspire HR and thank you for contacting our Support team. Fitbit release updates to all customers in phases. If an update is available but you don’t see it, check the app again later. It may take some time for you to get the prompt but rest assured that all users will have the option. If you haven't received it yet please be patient while it reaches your device.
