First no heart rate, then blank

A few weeks ago my Fitbit stopped showing my heart rate. I stopped wearing it but today I thought I’d try charging it to see if a rest had fixed it. Now it won’t even charge. I’ve only had it about six months and paid about £80 for it so I am very disappointed.

Hi @JesssK  Try restarting the tracker several times and then see if it charges. If it charges, is the heart rate working? Is there a greennlight flickering rapidly on the back?

It did eventually restart but still no heart rate!
