Fit bit App doesn't track heart rate accurately.

My fit bit app doesn't seem to catch my elevation in heart rate. For example, if my heart rate goes up to 120 and displays it on my Fitbit inspire HR, it doesn't accurately log it in the app. It may come up as 98 or something, but never as what's actually being displayed on the Fitbit itself. Any tips on how to fix this?

@Karur400, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your live data display on your Fitbit app. Try refreshing the link between your Inspire HR and your phone by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.
