I am verry disappointed in my fit bit inspire hr I had it for about a month before it stopped working screen goes completely black and when I try to restart it nothing happens I had to not use it for 4 months for it to start working again it finally worked for about 5 days and the same issue is happening again 😣

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. If the tracker is still syncing then please try changing the clock face besides trying the restart as you mentioned.

i to have had this issue and i think in my case the bit that is touching my skin has got sweaty and a bit mucky. i have wiped it clean and kept pressing the side button it until it showed the screen.. the syncing from the fitbit to my phone plays up if i don't sync every day.

i agree, sweating should not cause a problem, just letting you know my situation. i don't even trust to wear it in the shower.. your problem is obviously more severe than mine.
