Fit bit inspire HR not working

This is the 4th fit bit I have purchased in the last 3 years. This fit bit inspire Hr is only 8 months old and has stopped working. The screen does not change from time. Tapping it or scrolling does nothing.

I am having this same issue. After a full charge, it constantly displays the time, with a 10 second interval, a blink, and then back to displaying the time.

 

It drains the battery down to zero in a very short time.

 

Firmware was installed. Mine is also not that old, less than a year.

I tried to contact company through email. They answered back with, they no longer assist via email I have to call or go on the forums. Sounds like there customer service is not what it has been before. Now I guess I will call them.
