My screen of my Fitbit is black. It doesn’t show time, notifications, nothing. Battery is at 75%. It vibrates when I received a text message, but screen is still black. What should I do ?
I started having the same problem with my fitbit about half an hour ago. It still syncs with my phone. It still buzzes with notifications - only I can't get the display to show me what the notifications are. The screen is completely blank. The charge is at 60%.
My screen also went black about 3 hours ago... It buzzes when I get messages, and when I push the button... This is all while it is plugged in … battery reads 70%
