I was cleaning and I think my sweat got it wet, it still shows the correct time, but the side button don’t work and when I tap it it does not go to next screen! Please help

I just woke up from a nap and mine is doing the exact same thing.  No sweat though and they are supposed to be waterproof, right?

 

I did a sync and it shows only half of my nap which means it died during the nap.  What????

 

It's only 2 months old.

I figured it out.  Just had to change my clock face to another style and it's working again.
